Illocutionary Acts of The 100 Covid-19 Health Protocol Campaign Posters On Facebook Status Updates (A Netnographic Study)

This study aims to identify the types of illocutionary speech acts contained in 100 poster designs containing appeals for prevention Covid-19 and application health protocols posted on social media Facebook. uses a qualitative descriptive method by applying data collection techniques Miles, Huberman, Saldana, namely condensation, display, conclusion. Searle's theory analyze collected data. The includes acts, directive, assertive, expressive, commissive, declarative. results this indicate that analyzed, there were 64 posters directive 27 assertive 8 expressive 1 commissive acts. large number declarative indicates is aimed at hearers or audiences do carry out something related strict protocols. line with purpose poster, which persuasive, means it can influence people who see read it.
